3. Fees & Refund Policy.

We generally do not issue refunds once you have accessed or viewed a class or program, streamed content or otherwise downloaded materials from our website. This is principally because, once you have viewed, streamed or downloaded material, there is no way to un-view, un-stream, or un-download it. Also, once you take possession of a digital copy of a class or instructional program, we have no realistic way to have you to give it back and, even if you did, we have no assurances that you returned your only copy. This being said, LAW INTEL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decide whether to give full or partial refunds in accordance with Section 5 below.

LAW INTEL represents and warrants that if you purchase a copy of a particular class, program or instructional course, the media containing the same will be free from material defects on the date we send you the media (e.g., a DVD). If you purchase the right to continue to stream a class, program or instructional course after its initial broadcast on our site, we represent and warrant that you will generally have access to the streamed content, through our site, subject to Section 2 above.

By accessing any LAW INTEL website, you agree to and accept this shortening of the statutes of limitations. LAW INTEL makes no covenant, representation or warranty that any content on or available through its website is appropriate or available for use in all locations. LAW INTEL operates its website from the United States and makes no representation or warranty that its website or operation thereof complies with any foreign or international laws. 16. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution; Forum and Venue.
This Agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Louisiana, without giving effect to principles and provisions thereof relating to conflict or choice of laws irrespective of the fact that any one of the parties is now or may become a resident of a different state. Venue for any action under this Agreement shall lie only in Lafayette Parish, Louisiana. The parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction over them by the courts within Lafayette Parish, Louisiana. The parties waive all objection and challenge to such venue and personal jurisdiction. All disputes between you and LAW INTEL shall be finally resolved through binding arbitration in Lafayette Parish, Louisiana. The arbitration shall be conducted by one (1) arbitrator selected under the applicable rules of JAMS. The parties shall conduct discovery as agreed upon or as permitted by the arbitrator. A party may file for an order on the arbitration decision exclusively in the Lafayette Louisiana Parish Court or the United States District Court for the Louisiana Western District Court. The parties shall share equally the costs of the arbitrator, arbitration body and arbitration facilities (if applicable). Each party may bring a claim or action for injunctive relief without submitting the claim to final and binding arbitration. Neither party shall have the obligation to post a bond or demonstrate actual harm before bringing a claim or action for injunctive relief. Each party consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Lafayette Louisiana Parish Court or the United States District Court for the Louisiana Western District Court for any equitable claim or other action related to or arising from this agreement, or any terms and conditions contained herein. Each party shall bear his/her/its own expenses and attorneys' fees related to any arbitration, claim or action.

17. Communications.
LAW INTEL primarily uses email to communicate with you. All purchase receipts, confirmation notices, and welcome messages are delivered through electronic communications. LAW INTEL may periodically communicate service and other suitable updates with you via email. If you have any questions or comments about this agreement, any LAW INTEL website, or wish to report an issue, please contact us at support@creativelive.com. We will attempt to reply within a reasonable time period to each e-mail inquiry we receive, but we cannot guarantee any timely response.

18. Before Clicking Law Firm Ads, Legal Service Ads or Before Using LAW INTEL's Attorney Finder Services
LAW INTEL's website may offer several ways to identify and locate an attorney (or other legal services) including advertisements for lawyers, a searchable directory of lawyers and law firms, and even third-party legal referral systems (we'll collectively refer to them as the "AFS" for Attorney Finder Services). If you are using the AFS you should read the following terms and conditions below. If you disagree with these terms and services, then you agree not to use AFS.

• LAW INTEL will never refer you to a specific attorney or service. You are solely responsible for making a selection of an attorney or other service.
• LAW INTEL does not receive any portion of any legal fees charged by any lawyer or law firm. Any fee arrangements and legal services are strictly between you and the attorney you select.
• Your contact with, or use of an attorney contacted via a AFS does not create an attorney-client relationship between LAW INTEL and you.
• The release and security of any sensitive or confidential information transmitted by you to any attorney or service is your sole responsibility.
• AFS and the individual attorneys represented by them, provide information to LAW INTEL which LAW INTEL does not verify, validate or confirm, except as expressly stated by LAW INTEL.
• LAW INTEL does not endorse any particular attorney or legal service and cannot guarantee the quality, or reliability of any legal services provided by any of these AFS.
• LAW INTEL cannot perform a check for conflicts of interest between you and an attorney provided by a AFS.
• When using AFS, you may be required to provide some personal information to LAW INTEL such as name, address, email address, or telephone number. If provided to LAW INTEL,
• LAW INTEL shall only use this information for the specific purpose for which it was requested -- that is to assist in the location of an attorney or legal service. LAW INTEL has no control and makes no representations as to the use of personal information provided to third-party AFS advertising on LAW INTEL's website. Payment for LAWintel.com™ online courses and forms generally occurs before you begin the course or document interview process. In some instances you can complete a document interview, but you will be unable to download or print the document until you actually purchase it.
